gumi Partners with Sui Foundation to Co-Develop “Brave Frontier Versus”

The latest iteration of the global hit series with over 38 million downloads will leverage the OSHI token which will partially migrate to Sui from Polygon

Tokyo, Japan 8/21/2024 – gumi Inc., the prominent Japanese mobile entertainment content publisher and developer, and the Sui Foundation, the organization dedicated to the advancement and adoption of the Sui layer 1 blockchain, today announced a new strategic partnership to co-develop Brave Frontier Versus on the Sui Network, a title that will be under the Web3 project OSHI3 by gumi.

Brave Frontier Versus, a sequel to the globally recognized Brave Frontier series, will blend classic gaming with cutting-edge blockchain technology aimed at enhancing the overall in-game experience. Developers from the Sui Foundation will contribute to the development funds together with gC Games, a subsidiary of gumi Inc. In the most recent example of the Sui ecosystem drawing from other blockchains, the Oshi Token (OSHI), a critical component of the OSHI3 project, will partially migrate from the Polygon network to the Sui blockchain.
